THE REFLEXOLOGY

A specific touch on zones reflexes of feet and/or hands (miniaturized representation of the human body) allows to localize the tensions and to restore the balance of the whole body. Profound relaxation.

- "Extreme" session (head, hands, feet) 90 min

- Presentation of 2 hours - 160 € (from 10 to 25 pers.), a theoretical presentation of the reflexology, followed by a demonstration and raising awareness.

- Workshop of 3 hours - 50 € (from 4 to 8 pers.)

AYURVEDIC MODELLING

Stemming from Ayurvéda, Indian natural method resting on the food, the yoga, the breath, and the massage, this touch in the sesame oil allows to boost the blood, lymphatic and energy traffics.

Ideal to relax its body of the head in the foot.

CALIFORNIAN MODELLING

This modelling is the most suited for a first approach of the touch or in moments of very big fatigue. Its movements of smoothing and its soft pressures, applied by soothing movements, install the relaxation and favor the evacuation of the tensions.

These sessions are proposed by one qualified professional, by appointment before your arrival to the hotel.
